So I can say that I have been hunting. I just have to say..and you men think that us women are crazy? Sitting in a tree stand in the freezing cold on a seat (if you can call it that) the size of a VHS tape. It was interesting to say the least. I had a blast though. It was so fun to go and be with Nick doing something he loves. He supports me in anything and everything that I do 100% I am grateful that the opportunity came for us to hunt together. We "jumped" ...I think that means we scared a deer that was bedded down...walking to the tree stand. That was exciting and then we had no luck the rest of the night. I did however take my camera and practiced my nature shots. Thanks babe for taking me with you. And as a side note for all of you that know me well I did not even make a Peep No talking whatsoever! I know I know amazing. I think that I will try to go hunting more and channel the silence more.

Going Private...Everyones doing it now days.

Well I figured it would only be a matter of time before I would Jump on the private boat. So you know the routine if you would like to be able to check in on our simple little lives then let me have your e-mail and Wa-La you will be invited. The girls looked super cute the other day. I thought I should take some fast pictures of them before they went off to school. Oh how I love these two silly girls, they fill my life with so much joy and Happiness. The other day they were in the tub and Kenlee said "hey Skyler get the toys out of the net" and then Skyler said "you do it your the Boss". Kenlee "I am not the boss" Skyler "your the one being bossy". Oh I love it--If you are bossy then you must be THE Boss. Can't argue with that one.

Grandma and Grandpa Torman sent Money to Skyler for starting Kindergarten. She already had enough school stuff so we decided to use the money on new dance stuff (that was GREATLY needed) She got new slippers, tights and a new leotard (no more wedgies). We were also able to get her a hoodie sweatshirt that say Cowboys (not the football team, the elementry school) on it from her school. So THANK YOU grandma and grandpa.
For family home evening, Nick gave a lesson and then we made susi (out of pound cake and frit rollups) Kenlee fell off the stool...oh but don't worry the wall broke her fall. That would be a hole in the wall from her stubborn little noggin. Every morning she wakes up to go look at it and she says "how is that hole doin?" I think that she thinks it is going to heal itself. Well like I have said before, I always though Kenlee was either the boy I would never have or she was preparing me for a boy, and well we know now that she is preparing me. Mack will learn everything he know from her.....SCARY!

I already want to go back!

Oh how I love Bear Lake. {deep sigh} I look forward to our Labor Day trip all year long and I never get enough of it. I love playing in the sand with my kids, chasing them in shallow water. I mean the water on the North Beach is shallow for, I swear, for a half a mile. Each year we make a sand creation. On our list is a lot of furniture: a couch, T.V, Throne, canoe (not furniture) and this year well it was the lowest we have been in our sand creations, we are running out of ideas. I love being at the beach, there is NO laundry, No telephone, No neighbor children knocking on the door, the list goes on and on. I LOVE it! Now I am back to the daily routines of life and my next big thing to look forward to is Halloween. I don't know if it is all Moms or just me, but it is nice to have something to look forward to. Winters here in Idaho are so long and so dark that it can get well...DEPRESSING. I may have to get these pictures out to reminisce when the winter seems like it will never end.

Ok so I realize that I have dropped of the face of the blogging planet...again (it isn't the first time and it wont be the last). Here is a quick run down of the things we have done this summer. Does it bug anyone else that my son is in a pink flowered bean bag?

Lagoon

Nick won this on the little red rings that you have to get on top of the bottles. Can I just say he is the luckiest person ever. But we all knew that already because he married me. Ha Ha Ha, just a joke people...but no really.



We went to Lagoon and my brother carried Mack around in the chest carrier, it did not take long for them both to be worn out. Skyler is a crazy ride lover. She went on the tidal wave and sat in the middle and that was not enough thrill so she went again and sat on top row (bigger thrill) she is only 5. Nick, Amy and the girls got an extra ride on the paratrooper ride and Nick got sick. They switched operators and the guy did not know who had already gotten off, so he thought what the heck I will just spin them around another 13 times. All of us on the ground were laughing so hard at Nicks ,and my sister- in-law's (riding with skyler) faces when it stared up with out them getting off. Every ride that we rode that day skyler would say "I want to ride that one again" well she got her wish on that one.

3-D Movie

At the beginning of the summer I took the kids to see monsters vs. Aliens. Skyler LOVED the 3D and was on the edge of her seat the entire time. Kenlee not so much. She watched the movie but would not wear the glasses. I would be sick if I did that, but she was fine. Look how different my baby looks (remember beginning of the summer) {sigh}

Cherry Hills/Thanksgiving point trip

This is the double rainbow that we saw on the way home. It was a complete double rainbow that went over Salt Lake. It was a perfect ending to a perfect day.





Yucky fish! Does that sick anyone else out?

We did a package deal, which was the dinosaur museum, the farm and the gardens. We started at 10 in the morning and did not get done until 8 at night. My feet were exhausted. The girls LOVED every minute of it. I was so surprised that we did not have a single melt down all day, and no one asked to be carried (Mack didn't have to ask). I would recommend this to anyone for a family vacation.


This was the Working farm where you can pet the animals take a ride in a horse and carriage, and a pony. Some days you can even milk a cow (we were not there for that) My favorite part of this was the white peacock. So beautiful and temple ready...just saying.



This is the Dinosaur museum. There was lots of hands on, and we spent most of our time here. the girls are way into dinos now.



We stayed at cherry hills. I give this camp site and swimming area a 10 stars... oh wait stars only go up to 5 hu? Well anyhow here are my adorable children chilling in their shades.
